Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Family Services Coordinator Lead to join our team at Action for Boston Community Development. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to our family services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the family services team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and implement family services policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Collaborate with program directors and other stakeholders to design and deliver family-centered programs and services
  • Manage budgets and resources, ensuring effective allocation of funds and personnel
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making recommendations for improvement and expansion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, education, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in family services, program management, or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire staff and clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
