Subaru Sales Representative

Established Subaru Dealership in Stamford, CT is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in meeting and exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build a loyal client base
- Exhibit consultative selling skills and assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
- Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learns to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Reports directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to work every day
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to learn new product ins and outs and improve continuously
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
