Subaru Sales Consultant Opportunity

Established Subaru Dealership in Stamford, CT is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in meeting and exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build a loyal client base
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills and assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Learns to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Reports directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to work every day
Requirements:
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to learn new product ins and outs and improve continuously
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
