Job Title: Clinic Registered Nurse

Vivo HealthStaff is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Registered Nurse to join our team at our client's primary care clinic. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the operation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments to determine patient care needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinic staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective patient outcomes.
  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the clinic and in their homes, including administering medications, performing ordered tests and treatments, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Stay alert to changes in patient condition or medical status and promptly update the care team.
  • Participate in end-of-life care coordination and support, and provide backup coverage for other nursing functions within the clinic.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner, and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid Certification required.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population.
  • Nursing knowledge and skills necessary to treat frail, elderly patients and manage complex clinical situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.
  • Experience and competency in working with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Commitment to improving the quality of life for vulnerable seniors.
