About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Lead to join our team at Andy's Liquor. As a Liquor Store Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Break down deliveries and stock shelves in a timely manner
  • Build displays with products and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Assist guests with finding products and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager in the operation of the retail liquor store
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older; 21 or older where required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a retail or liquor store environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
