We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supervisor to join our Permanency team at TFI Family Services, Inc.
As a Supervisor, you will oversee case managers and support workers who work with children and families to ensure they receive the necessary supports and services to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee case managers and support workers to ensure high-quality services are provided to children and families
- Work with court systems and case managers to develop and implement effective case plans
- Provide guidance and support to staff to help them build on their strengths and develop their skills
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and families
We are looking for someone with a strong background in social work or a comparable human service field, with a passion for helping others and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children and families.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- An advanced degree in social work or a comparable human service field
- Four years' experience in direct service or case management, with a focus on working with children and families
- BSRB licensure
