About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with families in need, providing essential support and guidance to help them thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual and family therapy sessions in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers.
  • Collaborate with local agencies and community partners to ensure comprehensive support for families.
  • Provide 24-hour on-call support and interventions to families in crisis.
  • Coordinate long-term service needs with behavioral health professionals and other staff members.
  • Utilize technology to maintain accurate electronic client files and data.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • BSRB licensure required (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC).
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
