About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide in-home individual and family therapy to children and families who have experienced trauma, conflictual relationships, and are struggling in their day-to-day lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical interventions, including diagnostic interviews, treatment planning, and evidence-based modalities
  • Work collaboratively with families to identify and address their unique needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote positive outcomes and family stability
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or a related field
  • Current licensure through the BSRB and/or eligibility for licensure at the time of hire
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly those who have experienced trauma
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
