Job Summary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer paid time off, health benefits, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the agency.

As an Insurance Sales Representative with Wil Rose - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in empowering our agency to achieve its goals by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed.
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintaining a well-organized and detail-oriented approach to ensure the office is equipped to successfully meet customer needs and market relevant products.

Qualifications include:

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in customer service required.
  • Experience in managing customer service preferred.
  • Experience in sales preferred.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
  • Able to work in and manage a team environment.
  • Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
  • Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
  • Able to obtain Life and Health License.
