Key Responsibilities
  • • Develop clear, compelling, and persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal requests.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to guarantee accuracy, technical precision, and alignment with client needs.
  • Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and prioritizing effectively.
  • Assist in coordinating Q&A content pairing for proposal management tools.
  • Edit and proofread proposals for consistency, grammar, and overall quality.
  • Maintain and update a library of proposal templates and standard content.
  • Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to proposal brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for a skilled professional with:

  • • A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP response/procurement process, or grant writing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and proposal generation tools (RFPIO is a plus).
  • Experience working with federal, state, or local government entities.
  • Knowledge of procurement portals (e.g., FedBizOps/SAM, Periscope, Public Purchase, BidNet, etc.).
  • Understanding of government purchasing vehicles and RFP management systems.

Earnings PotentialThis full-time position offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. We also provide excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
