- Develop and implement unit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
- Thorough knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and state and federal regulatory requirements.
- CPR certification and successful completion of training in CPI within 30 days of employment.
- Competitive hourly rate of $45.00 - $55.00.
