Responsibilities
The Fundraising and Marketing Associate will support the development and execution of fundraising and marketing initiatives to expand donor engagement and enhance brand awareness. Key responsibilities include assisting in the planning and coordination of fundraising events, maintaining donor databases, conducting research on potential donors, and preparing outreach materials. Additionally, this position will support marketing efforts by creating social media content and managing social media accounts.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and donor databases or CRM software is a plus.

Benefits and Compensation
This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000, health insurance, vision and dental plans, basic life insurance, a 403B retirement plan, and flexible spending accounts. Other benefits include an employee assistance program, eligibility for public service loan forgiveness, and voluntary plans.
