Job Overview

MSR-FSR is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer III to join our team in the semiconductor industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for testing and diagnosing equipment problems.
  • Complete accurate and detailed job documentation and safety training to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Assist junior field personnel in developing their skills and knowledge in safety and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Represent MSR-FSR professionally and maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent technical training and field experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong understanding of equipment and processes.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Previous experience with Ebarra CMP, AMAT CMP, SpeedFam CMP, IPEC, CMP, Semitool CMP, FSI CMP, or Verteq is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with scrubbers, polishers, and wet spray tools is ideal, as work will be performed in the Planar or Wet Functional areas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
