Job Title: Field Service Engineer III - Semiconductor

Job Summary: MSR-FSR is a leading provider of technical services to the high-tech industry, seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer III to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer III, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring the optimal performance of semiconductor equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor equipment.
  • Install, upgrade, and repair equipment as needed.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems using technical expertise and specialized tools.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent technical training and field experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience with Ebarra CMP, AMAT CMP, SpeedFam CMP, IPEC, CMP, Semitool CMP, FSI CMP, or Verteq highly preferred.

  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, hard hat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and hearing protection.
  • Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
