**Job Summary**
Malace|HR is seeking a skilled Stationary Engineer to join our team at an automotive manufacturing facility. This is a challenging role that requires experience with boilers, chillers, wastewater, and industrial powerhouses, as well as a 1st Class Stationary Engineers License.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including pumps, motors, speed and feed systems, and hydraulics.
- Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and other industrial powerhouses.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other maintenance teams to achieve facility maintenance goals.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
**Requirements**
- 8+ years of experience in facility maintenance or stationary engineering.
- 1st Class Stationary Engineer License or equivalent.
- Experience with controller programs, including Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, and Siemens.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including indoor air quality, temperature control, and scavenge exhaust systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with MAXIMO maintenance system.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and repair.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
