Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Stationary Engineer to join our team at Malace|HR. As a Stationary Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial powerhouses, boilers, chillers, and wastewater systems. You will also be required to have a 1st Class Stationary Engineer License and experience with HVAC, Boiler and Steam operations, Machine Repair or Mechanical craft areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair industrial powerhouses, boilers, chillers, and wastewater systems
- Operate and maintain HVAC, Boiler and Steam systems
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with maintenance team to achieve maintenance goals
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in facility maintenance or stationary engineering
- 1st Class Stationary Engineer License
- Experience with HVAC, Boiler and Steam operations, Machine Repair or Mechanical craft areas
- Knowledge of maintenance systems such as MAXIMO
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
