Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Manager

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our perioperative services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement clinical practice standards and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current/valid nursing license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
  • Perioperative experience required, with a minimum of 3 years current Operating Room experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
