About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Associate to join our team at Alden Courts of Waterford. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Job Summary

The Patient Care Associate is responsible for assisting with daily nursing care, activities of daily living, and promoting overall well-being of our residents. This includes:

  • Providing personalized care and attention to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care tasks
  • Supporting residents with mealtime and snack services
  • Encouraging social interaction and engagement through various activities and events
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of a nursing arts course or equivalent training
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
