About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, as directed by the Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal resident outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration, vital signs, and treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a nursing arts course or equivalent experience.
- Current CPR certification and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
