Job Description: As an SLP with Soliant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to patients with speech and language disorders. Your duties will include conducting thorough evaluations, creating personalized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress.


Responsibilities:



  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual needs
  • Deliver effective therapy sessions to target speech and language goals
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and provide regular updates to families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Engage with families to educate them about the therapy process and involve them in their child's care

Requirements:



  • Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina
  • Preferably, hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Preferred experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide prehensive benefits, ongoing support, and opportunities for professional growth.


Location: The positions are available in the Morrisville, NC area, with multiple openings across elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as special education/Autism classes.
