Your Responsibilities:

In your role as the leader of our center's daily operations, you will manage a team of enthusiastic associates to exceed performance and sales objectives. You will set an example by providing exceptional customer experiences and demonstrating excellent sales results as a part-time Guest Service Associate.

Key Success Factors:

  • Recruit and onboard high-quality staff
  • Define and communicate clear goals
  • Hold team members accountable for their performance

  • Inspire and motivate team members consistently

Your Initial Days:

  • Connect personally with the existing team to understand their motivations and career aspirations
  • Learn about our company culture and the brand by completing the New Manager Training program and collaborating with the Owners
  • Establish daily, weekly, and monthly goal-setting routines for team members aligned with the center's business objectives, utilizing clear communication and recognition to enhance performance
  • Gain hands-on experience as a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Understand the key performance indicators that drive business success and how your team's actions impact these metrics
  • Work with the owners to master center operations, policies, and standards to maintain brand integrity
  • Expand the team by recruiting and training exceptional new associates, including Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists
  • End goal: Efficiently manage the center while fostering a positive internal culture and ensuring strong performance outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership
  • Background in the Beauty Industry with experience in both Service and Retail Sales; an Esthetician or Cosmetologist license is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and dedication
  • Proven ability to lead a team to exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with operations of a beauty center
  • Passion for providing exceptional waxing services
  • A desire to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment
