Job Responsibilities:
As a Pest Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing daily operations of a designated pest control route.
2. Conducting comprehensive inspections of both interior and exterior areas for pest activity.
3. Effectively communicating tailored solutions to meet customer needs, ranging from one-time services to ongoing maintenance.
4. Providing timely estimates for services.
5. Applying pesticides in accordance with established schedules, safety protocols, and label instructions.
6. Safely setting and removing traps for rodents, as well as handling wasp, hornet, and bee nests.
7. Maintaining an inventory of pesticides and necessary supplies for daily operations.
8. Continuously enhancing your knowledge of pest inspection processes and methodologies.
9. Promptly addressing routine customer inquiries and concerns.
10. Assisting in generating new sales leads.
11. Performing any additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
