Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional sales support and customer service at the counter.
  • Manage all related tasks, including remote order processing.
  • Process orders, generate quotes, follow up on orders, and resolve issues.
  • Engage in warehouse activities and maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and surrounding areas.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product discussions, and team gatherings as needed.
  • Pull and stage orders for delivery.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Outstanding customer service skills, whether in person, over the phone, or through other communication channels.
  • Familiarity with Eclipse software is preferred.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic team player.
  • Willingness to enroll in EPEC training.
  • Prior experience in counter sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing over 50 lbs.
  • Work primarily in a counter area/showroom and warehouse setting.
  • Frequent use of computers and phones.
  • Standard 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours based on business needs.
  • Regular and reliable on-site attendance is essential.
