Required Skillset:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  2. Over 10 years of experience in project/program management.
  3. Proven track record in delivering products within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, distributed, and frequently ambiguous setting.
  4. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including customers/users, software, supply chain, logistics, design, testing, reliability, and failure analysis.
  5. Ability to work with business stakeholders and effectively translate the vision into actionable tasks for the team.
  6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to provide updates and manage expectations across the organization.
  7. Capability to prioritize effectively and present clear priorities to the leadership team.
  8. Technical and business acumen to comprehend, evaluate, and challenge statements and assumptions in collaboration with product and technology owners.
  9. Proven ability to lead projects with numerous interdependencies among independent teams and deliver cohesive and widely supported results.
  10. Extensive hands-on experience with microservices utilizing domain-driven design, Spring Boot, Spring Data, security, Spring Cloud, and both RESTful and SOAP services.
  11. Experience in the Telecom sector and Microservices is essential.
  12. Experience in E-Commerce and EPC is preferred.
