About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at EnterpriseAlumni. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical point of contact for customers during project implementations, collaborating with the engineering team to understand and communicate technical requirements.
  • Analyzing customers' business requirements and turning them into clever technical solutions, working closely with the data and strategy team to implement prototype or beta services with select customers.
  • Creating data migration plans and implementing them for customers moving from another platform, providing technical support to the customer projects/implementation team and bridging the gap between technical and business language.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Customer Projects and the Customer Projects Implementation Manager to keep all projects on point, maintaining communication with customers and providing technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Broad technical experience in an engineering, development, or technical pre-sales role, with hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Extensive experience with databases such as Postgres and MySQL, as well as experience working with APIs and defining business logic to connect disparate systems.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and provide technical support to customers.
  • Project management skills (agile and waterfall) - certification(s) would be a plus.
