Avicado Construction Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Advisory team. As a key team player, you will oversee the successful delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with clients, outlining project milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to foster strong relationships and ensure project success.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks to the project outcome, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution.
  • Deliver high-quality deliverables on time, maintaining a high standard throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and analyze project data and metrics.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience in technology software implementation and lifecycle management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to advise clients with confidence in ambiguous and complex environments.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles.
  • High EQ and responsive approach, with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt, handle, and demonstrate flexibility with varied projects.
  • Familiarity with various schedule and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management.
  • Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration.
  • Experience with construction project management systems.
  • Consulting experience and ability to work with complex business organizations.
