Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate I to join our team at Sunrise Systems Inc. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Work Schedule:
This position requires a commitment to a schedule that includes Wednesdays through Fridays, and every other Saturday, with shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. This results in alternating 3 and 4 day work weeks, each consisting of 12-hour shifts.

Key Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in cGMP manufacturing or equivalent work experience or education.
  • Preferred educational background includes 2-4 years in Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, or Chemistry.
  • Experience in maintaining cleanliness in work environments and adherence to safety protocols is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in small team settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with industries that emphasize strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures or Work Instructions is a plus.

Educational Requirements:
We prefer candidates with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field. However, a minimum of a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Experience Expectations:

  • 0-2 years of relevant cGMP manufacturing experience or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams to achieve common goals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in standard computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Attention to detail and personal accountability are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain productive relationships with management and colleagues are crucial.

Additional Requirements:
This position involves working in a laboratory environment that handles hazardous materials.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role is set at $22.00 per hour. Factors influencing starting pay may include geographic location, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
