Job Summary
The Manufacturing Associate role at Bristol Myers Squibb is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of life-changing treatments. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for completing production assignments with high quality and timely output in a cellular therapeutic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete production assignments with high quality and timely output
- Work in teams to exchange information regarding the batch(s) in process
- Assist with the revision and creation of process documents, such as SOPs and electronic work instructions
- Assist in maintaining material and components inventory level
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- 0-1 years of cGMP manufacturing experience is desired or equivalent in work experience or education
- Demonstrated proficiency in common computer tools such as word processing, spreadsheet, and web-based applications
Work Environment
The primary work environment is a cellular therapeutic manufacturing environment. The role requires working in areas where handling human blood products (Biosafety Level 2) may be required. The starting compensation for this job is a range from $49,000 - $61,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).

Work-Life Balance
Bristol Myers Squibb recognizes the importance of balance and flexibility in our work environment. The role requires working nights, weekends, mandatory bi-weekly overtime, and holidays in a 12-hour shift structure. The company offers paid national holidays and optional holidays, Global Shutdown Days between Christmas and New Year's holiday, up to 120 hours of paid vacation, up to two (2) paid days to volunteer, sick time off, and summer hours flexibility.
