The School Receptionist is a crucial member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the School's mission and values. To excel in this role, one must possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to assist others.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the School's mission and values by promoting a positive image and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist parents, teachers, students, and visitors with various tasks and requests.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Announce calls and visitors to the offices.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage student sign-out books and maintain accurate records.
- Order office supplies as needed and ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Distribute certification of attendance forms for students seeking their driver's license when required.
- Perform other assigned duties, including maintaining Level Spreadsheets and updating the faculty calendar.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, support staff, and school leadership to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Respond to all school-related written correspondence, phone calls, voicemails, and emails within 24 business hours.
