Position Summary:
This role involves leading and facilitating case-picking and sorting tasks within a designated section of the automated warehouse. Utilizing advanced technology and software, you will monitor incoming orders, guide team members to appropriate work areas, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate VPS Vertique Picking and loading software with proficiency.
  • Maintain the functionality of machinery through effective problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Understand package specifications, dimensions, and SKU details.
  • Direct daily operations on the warehouse floor for optimal efficiency.
  • Engage in regular cleaning and maintenance tasks within the machines and warehouse.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by interviewing potential candidates.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while lifting weights of 30-75 lbs.
  • Strong collaboration skills within a team setting.
  • Capable of organizing and coordinating efficient warehouse processes.
  • Adaptable to different work areas as required throughout the day.
  • Ability to interpret instructions from computer screens.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to distinguish between various packages.
  • Comfortable working in a noisy, non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Proactive self-starter who seeks opportunities for improvement.
  • Flexible scheduling is essential due to changing business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an automated warehouse environment is advantageous.

Work Environment:
Expect a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere with varying temperatures.
