State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) play a crucial role in delivering exceptional nursing care. The Nursing Assistants of today are the future LPNs and RNs.

Hillspring is ready to assist you in launching your healthcare career today.

We currently have openings for STNAs on both Day and Night Shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with daily hygiene tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Aiding residents with mobility and positioning
- Transporting residents as needed
- Responding promptly to resident calls
- Monitoring, reporting, and addressing changes in resident conditions
- Documenting care in the resident's electronic medical record
- Participating in required training and educational sessions
- Supporting residents during meal times

Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Strong documentation abilities; experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous
- Proven work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
- A positive demeanor and a genuine passion for caring for the elderly
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for those in need of our assistance
