COMPENSATION:
$17 to $21.50 per hour, with additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts.

Position Overview:
State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) play a crucial role in delivering exceptional nursing care. They are the stepping stones to becoming Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs).

At Hillspring of Springboro, we are eager to support you in launching your healthcare career.

We currently have openings for STNAs for both Day and Night Shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Aid residents with mobility and positioning needs.
- Transport residents as necessary.
- Respond promptly to resident calls.
- Monitor, report, and react to changes in resident health status.
- Maintain accurate documentation in residents' electronic medical records.
- Participate in mandatory training and educational sessions.
- Support residents during meal times.

Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
- Proficient documentation skills; familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous.
- Proven work history with strong attendance and punctuality.
- A positive demeanor and a genuine passion for elderly care.
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for those in need of assistance.
