  • Maintain accurate documentation in residents' electronic health records.
  • Participate in mandatory training and educational sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
  • Proficient documentation skills; familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous.
