Job Overview
As a Route Sales Driver at Hiland Dairy, you will be responsible for delivering and selling products to customers across the region. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a commercial vehicle over established routes to deliver and sell dairy products.
  • Collect payments from customers, make change, and record transactions on customer receipts.
  • Write customer orders and instructions, and record sales or delivery information on daily records.
  • Cultivate new business by calling on prospective customers and preparing order forms and sales contracts.
  • Inform regular customers of new products or services, and listen to and resolve service complaints.

Requirements:
  • A Class A or B commercial driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a Department of Transportation physical and drug screen.
  • Open availability and willingness to work a rotating schedule.
  • Past route sales experience and a good driving record are preferred.

Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
