About the Role

  • Manage the wait list efficiently, ensuring guests are seated in a timely manner.
  • Communicate guest concerns to the manager when necessary, maintaining a positive and solution-focused attitude.
  • Answer telephone calls within three rings, directing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve seamless service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
