About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at New York Life. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on our range of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored financial plans for clients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide personalized recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
  • Utilize our comprehensive CRM system to track client interactions, document financial information, and monitor progress towards client goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to effectively network and identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
