This position not only focuses on production but also involves tracking essential metrics for various stakeholders, aiding in marketing strategies to promote lead generation products to advertisers, assisting advertising sales representatives, and enhancing digital advertising across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all logistical aspects while collaborating with the On24 technology vendor for each webinar.
  • Oversee the annual schedule of forthcoming campaigns for webinars, white papers, eBooks, and other lead generation initiatives, ensuring the calendar reflects all key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain campaign status and updates within the project management tool, Asana.
  • Facilitate communication with sponsors from initial calls through planning and post-campaign evaluations, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and problem resolution. Ensure seamless campaign delivery by reviewing performance and providing timely wrap-up reports to clients and the sales team.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external designers to create branded materials, including emails, advertisements, and online promotions for each campaign. Prepare marketing collateral and email/landing page content for each lead generation product utilizing HTML and the marketing automation platform, Eloqua.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns for various initiatives and generate follow-up reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and revenue-focused digital marketing campaigns.
  • Produce and update sales materials, including the online media kit and promotional emails as necessary.

Qualifications:

A college degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in HTML is essential, and familiarity with marketing automation technologies such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot is advantageous. Candidates must possess strong writing skills, client-facing experience, and exceptional organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
