Marketing Strategist

Apriorit is a software engineering company with a strong presence in the IT services market. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing efforts forward.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B IT services marketing, including TA, messaging, and pain points. They will be responsible for developing and implementing website optimization strategies to increase conversions, as well as planning and implementing marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep knowledge of analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. They will be able to draw key insights from data to drive key marketing decisions and have a strong understanding of digital marketing approaches.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement website optimization strategies to increase conversions
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns focused on lead generation
- Monitor website metrics and generate reports to communicate findings and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, SEO specialists, and tech experts to implement changes and improvements on the website
- Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager in an IT services company
- Deep understanding of B2B IT services marketing, including TA, messaging, and pain points
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing website optimization strategies
- Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of analytics tools
- Proficient English writing skills at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
