Job Summary

The Front Desk/Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for families, youth, and guests entering The Children\u0027s Village. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records of building activity and preparing incident reports as needed
  • Collaborating with Security staff to ensure safety and security at all times
  • Providing administrative support and assistance to staff and guests

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or receptionist role
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft suite, with skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Some knowledge or experience working in the social service or related field is preferred
