Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic Inside Sales team at JM Hunter Group.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, and possess a strong understanding of the building materials industry.

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting customers with purchasing building materials at the customer service counter
  • Expanding our customer base by prospecting and establishing relationships with existing customers
  • Procuring special order items for our contractors
  • Ensuring accurate and complete input of customer sale orders
  • Providing guidance to customers on inventory levels and pricing
Requirements:
  • Minimum education required: GED or high school diploma
  • Working knowledge of computers and software
  • History in a building materials industry
