As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience with U-Haul. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their U-Haul products and services, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will also be responsible for using our smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, as well as performing various tasks such as moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers, cleaning and inspecting equipment, and preparing rental invoices. Job Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
