Requirements
  • HR Certification: HR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR generalist support, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to interact with multiple levels of management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
