About the Role:

Sanguine Biosciences is seeking a skilled Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in their homes, while representing the brand of Sanguine professionally and personally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of protocol-specific procedures, including phlebotomy, vitals, physical exam, sample processing, packaging and shipment of applicable goods, and delivery and transport of materials per protocol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients in their homes
  • Perform phlebotomy, vitals, physical exam, and other protocol-specific procedures
  • Process and package samples for shipment
  • Deliver and transport materials per protocol
  • Manage personal inventory of supplies and equipment

Requirements:

  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician Certificate (CPT) or similar
  • 2+ years phlebotomy experience
  • Pediatric phlebotomy experience is helpful
  • Experience supporting clinical trials is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ownership of a Mobile Centrifuge
  • Flexible Schedule Availability

Pay:

Pay is dependent on the difficulty of the visit and distance from the patient. Below is our standard pay table:

  • Tier 1: $80.00 USD
  • Tier 2: $150.00 USD
  • Tier 3: $220.00 USD

Visits requiring travel in excess of 200 miles will be compensated at an increase per Visit rate, established on a case-by-case basis.
