Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a skilled Customer Service Banker to join our team in Gresham, OR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships by providing exceptional customer support services.
  • Identify potential problems and compliance issues, and work proactively to maximize client satisfaction and encourage relationship growth.
  • Develop a working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures.
  • Support customers in navigating Treasury Management products, including online platforms.
  • Service customer phone and email inquiries, and assist with online platform navigation.
  • Maintain technical understanding of bank systems, and regularly attend trainings to expand knowledge base.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry.
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft office applications.
  • Experience with department-specific systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services.
  • Technical support and/or cobrowse skills.
  • Preferred understanding of digital capabilities with experience in Information Technology environment.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management Products/Services with preferred experience with GTM and Operations.
