Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed internet access with a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps
  • A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls
