Job Title: Guest Service Representative

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're passionate about bringing joy to our guests and communities. As a Guest Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a superior experience for every visitor.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on our cake offerings, promotions, and retail merchandise.
  • Suggest additional merchandise to complete a unique celebration, such as balloons, candles, and cards.
  • Process guest orders efficiently and accurately, utilizing our point-of-sale system.
  • Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine cleaning and merchandising tasks.
  • Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines, dress code, and personal hygiene standards.
  • Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
