We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide vital assistance to our healthcare team, practitioners, and patients, ensuring the provision of exceptional medical services. The successful candidate will engage in administrative responsibilities, support patient care, and help maintain a secure and orderly clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers and clinical personnel with administrative duties and specific patient care tasks.
- Facilitate effective scheduling, manage patient appointments, and follow up on patient-related inquiries.
- Support patient care activities as required and uphold the organization of clinical spaces and supplies.
- Promote clinical safety by conducting routine inspections and maintenance activities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old with the necessary education or experience to fulfill job competencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED, along with experience in healthcare or patient support environments.
Certifications:
- Current BLS certification from accredited organizations.
Physical Requirements:
Primarily sedentary work with minimal lifting obligations.
