  • Assist in evaluating and writing employee reviews, and provide feedback to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to lift up to 45 pounds, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Highly accountable and has integrity.
  • Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including weekends.
  • Able to delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly, both written and verbally.
