Position Overview
As a Registered Client Service Associate, you will provide essential support to Financial Advisors in managing client accounts and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist Financial Advisors with the establishment and upkeep of client accounts and documentation.
2. Perform a range of administrative duties, including but not limited to, data entry, document preparation, and client communication.
3. Facilitate the collection of necessary documentation from clients based on their account types.
4. Offer clients timely information regarding their accounts and trades, ensuring clarity and transparency.
5. Maintain organized records of client accounts and trade-related documentation for compliance and operational purposes.
6. Handle client requests related to operational functions such as fund transfers, address changes, and dividend inquiries.
7. Provide requested reports and updates to Financial Advisors to assist in client management.
8. Conduct outreach to existing clients using approved communication scripts, focusing on service enhancement.
9. Identify and escalate any concerns or unusual activities to the appropriate supervisory personnel.

Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills with a solid understanding of office procedures and systems.
- Familiarity with the investment brokerage sector and relevant regulations.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient critical thinking skills to evaluate and solve problems efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to assess client needs and satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the investment industry preferred.
- Licenses such as Series 7 and 63 or 66 are advantageous.
