Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Security Operations Lead to join our team at APN Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow System Administration, Agile software development, and Scrum methodologies.

About the Role

This is a long-term contract position with a duration of 6-12 months. As a ServiceNow Security Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading customer consultation engagements, developing and overseeing an Agile development team, and working closely with Cybersecurity Leadership and Technology Risk teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead customer consultation engagements and develop Agile development teams.
  • Work as a Trusted Advisory and be recognized as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow SecOps.
  • Define and maintain product requirements for current delivery and future planned releases based on Product roadmaps.
  • Provide configuration compliance and design, service-aware risk scoring, integration with controls baselines from GRC controls universe.
  • Manage ServiceNow implementation projects and oversee architectural design.
  • Conduct quarterly planning and program increment roadmaps.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of recent ServiceNow System Administration experience in design, configuration, implementation, and administration.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Strong experience with List/Form/Navigation Updates, Workflows, Instance Patch Management, Creating Tables, Fields, Agile software development, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with industry-standard ServiceNow data integrations with ServiceNow SecOps products, Qualys, SIEM, CVE, Threat Intelligence, CMDB.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
