About the Job

First Student is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school in Brooklyn Park, MN. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe transportation of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and parents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our transportation services.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Good verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with students and parents.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and physical examination.
